Meet Taylor Nasmyth, she is the conveyancer at Birdie Conveyancing. With a journey that began in 2016 as a receptionist, Taylor has worked her way up the ranks in the field of conveyancing, demonstrating a true passion for helping people, especially first-time homebuyers.
Taylor's career progression from receptionist to conveyancing assistant, followed by successfully running conveyancing matters independently, reflects her dedication to this field. She was drawn to conveyancing due to her love for assisting people with what is often their most significant investment – their home. Having experienced the stresses of being a first-time homebuyer herself, Taylor understands the anxieties that can come with it. She aspires to be the person who eases those concerns and makes the process as stress-free as possible for others.
Her commitment to her career led her to pursue higher education, where she studied at Macquarie University for two years. In early 2023, Taylor achieved her goal of becoming a Licensed Conveyancer and has been dedicated to guiding people through the intricate processes of purchasing or selling property ever since. She recognises the stress associated with these transactions, particularly for those going through them for the first time, and she is determined to provide the necessary support.
